Design and Layout:
I'll be honest (like that's a surprise) the color scheme for this site is just short of terrible. Purple, dark red and green, if perhaps used another way, could have been successful. But, in its current composition, it really doesn't look good. A lighter purple probably would have worked out better. And the layout is of course, the same as every other site on the planet. Hurray for originality.

Organization:
Fortunately, their sidebar doesn't run on forever like it seems to on many other sites. So that's a plus. But they still do the sidebar occupying tactics like listing characters and listing Sakura Cards and Clow cards and all that.

Advertising and Broken links:
All the links work and there are no ads.

Content:
Okay, this is where I'm going to start ranting. Why does this site exist? Someone feel free to inform me. This site has nothing that I haven't already seen on a 1,001 other sites already. In fact, it just has less of what I've seen on other sites. The amount of information I found on this site could fit completely on one page. At least the webmaster manages to stick to one category, and that
would be Card Captors.
I find I don't really have much to say about this site because there really is so little to comment on. I noticed in the staff section that there are quite a bit of job openings. But apparently, this is just to save the webmaster from having to create actual content for the site.

Overall:
The webmaster seems nice enough, consider he/she's willing to affiliate with small sites to help them get their hits up. But that's probably all the site is good for. You won't learn anything from going to it unless it's the first site you've
ever been to.

3 stars. And that was mainly due to their lack of broken links and advertisements. But there's nothing to come back for...
